Cancellation Policy

Sessions are refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time. Cancellations inside 24 hours, no-shows, and same-day reschedules are non-refundable. Reschedules made more than 24 hours in advance are free.

Founding rate sessions
Founding rate ($199) sessions follow the same policy above. Founding pricing is preserved on any free reschedule.
Studio rentals
Hourly studio rentals follow the same 24-hour policy.
