By booking a session or rental with Axeom Content Studio, you agree to these terms.
Bookings and payment
Payment is collected at booking through our scheduling provider. Founding rate ($199) sessions are limited to the first 10 founding clients. After session #10, the standard rate is $349.

Delivery
Raw files are delivered within 24 hours via Google Drive. Edited episode and 5 IG-ready clips are delivered within 72 hours of your session. Premium add-ons follow the same 72-hour window. If we miss the 72-hour delivery for reasons within our control, we will work with you to make it right.
Your content
You own the audio and video recorded during your session. You grant us a limited license to use short clips from finished episodes for portfolio or marketing only with your explicit consent.
Studio conduct
Treat the space and equipment with care. You are responsible for damage caused by guests. Illegal activity, harassment, or behavior that endangers people or equipment is grounds for immediate termination of your session without refund.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party platform decisions.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision.
