This page explains what information Axeom Content Studio (“we,” “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Booking information. When you book a session, our scheduling provider (Acuity Scheduling) collects your name, email, phone number, and session details.
- Communications. If you text, email, or message us, we keep the content of those messages to respond and provide service.
- Site analytics. Basic, aggregated server logs from our hosting provider (Netlify). We do not run any third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
How we use information
- To schedule, confirm, and deliver your session and edited files.
- To respond to questions, send appointment reminders, and follow up after your session.
- To comply with applicable laws and resolve disputes.
Sharing
We don't sell personal information. We share data only with service providers we use to run the business: scheduling (Acuity), email/SMS providers, file delivery (Google Drive), and our hosting provider.
Recorded content
You retain ownership of audio and video recorded during your session. We may, with your permission, use short clips of finished episodes for portfolio or marketing purposes — and never without your consent.
Your choices
You can request a copy or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@axeom.com.
